Chiropractic Manipulation/Adjustments

Specific manual therapies designed to: reduce pain, inflammation and spasm in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Specific techniques and strokes are utilized to meet individual patient's needs and to help promote healing, increased ranges of motion, improved structural alignment, enhanced sports and physical performance.
 
Active Release Techniques (ART®)
Active Release is a hands on method of diagnosing and treating soft tissue injuries through specific manual contacts utilizing active and passive motion. These techniques help to promote healing of various soft tissue injuries throughout the body, reduce pain and inflammation, improve joint alignment and motion and enhance physical and athletic performance.
 
Graston® Instruments
These instruments and techniques are designed to help reduce soft tissue adhesions in muscles, tendons, and ligaments throughout the body. Hellerwork® Structural Integration
Advanced whole body analysis and treatment involving specific manual connective tissue and myofascial techniques along with movement re-education. These sessions are based on the pioneering work of Dr. Ida Rolf and are designed to promote: increasing levels of structural health, more balanced and integrated postural and movement patterns, and heightened somatic awareness. Can be used for various pain and injury conditions as well as to promote increased physical and athletic performance and for general wellness.
